All rooms are non-smoking. All rates are daily, based on double occupancy, and vary seasonally. A per day surcharge is added for each additional person. Rates do not include an 11% Florida room tax and are subject to change without notice.

Reservations
A reservation request can be made online, or by calling us Toll Free at 1-888-Enjoy-It.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Holidays & Special Events
During Holiday weeks and special events, our standard rates may not apply. Please ask about hosting your special event with us.

Cancellations & Refunds
Your deposit can be refunded in full, less a $35.00 processing fee, provided we receive written, signed notice of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival. Written notice must be received via US MAIL or FAX, only. Cancellations made fewer than 21 days, but up to 10 days before your scheduled arrival will be refunded at 50% of the deposit, less the $35 processing fee.

Deposits are non-refundable under the following circumstances: Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before arrival; Deposits for Holiday Periods and Special Events; Failure to show up for your reservation.

Additionally, no refunds are available for early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check in is between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am. Guests desiring a later check-out should request it at the time of check-in. Later check-outs are made at our discretion, may not always be available, and may incur additional fees based on current room rates.
