All rooms are non-smoking. Quoted rates reflect typical charges, but are subject to change without notice. Rates vary seasonally, and during holidays and special events.

Rates are per day, single or double occupancy. Additional guests may join you for a per-day, per-person surcharge, as follows:
Summer: $25; Mid-Season: $35; High Season: $45

Rates do not include an 11% Florida room tax, nor gratuities.

Reservations
A reservation request can be made online, or by calling us Toll Free at 1-888-Enjoy-It.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Holidays & Special Events
During Holiday weeks and special events, standard rates may not apply. Please ask about hosting your special event with us.

Cancellations & Refunds
Your deposit can be refunded in full, less a $35.00 processing fee, provided we receive written, signed notice of cancellation 21 days prior to arrival. Written notice must be received via FAX or US MAIL, only. Cancellations made fewer than 21 days, but up to 10 days before your scheduled arrival will be refunded at 50% of the deposit, less the $35 processing fee.

Deposits are Non-Refundable as follows:
For cancellations made fewer than 10 days before arrival;
For Holiday Periods and Special Events;
If you fail to show up for your reservation.

There are no refunds for early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check in is between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am. Guests desiring a later check-out should request it at the time of check-in. Later check-outs are made at our discretion; may not always be available; and may incur additional fees above current room rates.
