Reservation Policy

• Adults only (18+) no children
• All rooms are non smoking
• Observe quiet hours
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
• A full refund less a $35 processing fee will be returned provided a 21 day advance notice
• Cancellations less than 21 days and before 7 days forfeit 50% of deposit
• Cancellations less than 7 days of arrival forfeit 100% of deposit
• All Holiday and Special Event deposits are non-refundable
• No refunds for early departure
• No Pets
• Guests desiring a late check out must make arrangements at check in (pending availability)
